To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
Software license
Pinfold grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to app store terms and our Terms of Service. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as permitted by law.
You agree to use the App at your own risk and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
