1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pinfold (the “App”) and related APIs (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Service description

The App helps you browse, organize, and manage files on your device and optionally connect to cloud or social publishing features for legitimate business and productivity use.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to publish, store, promote, or distribute:

Pornography, nudity intended to arouse, or sexually explicit material
Gambling, betting, casino promotions, or lottery scams
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal activity
Deceptive ads, phishing, malware, pyramid schemes, or impersonation
Content that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules

4. Monetization

Premium subscriptions unlock productivity features only. We do not offer or promote adult-content monetization, gambling products, or deceptive advertising inside the App.

5. Advertising

The App does not display third-party gambling or adult advertising. Any future optional ads must comply with store policies and our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Moderation

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity when we detect violations or receive credible reports. Submit complaints via the contact form or in-app Report feature.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. See Data Deletion. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
